The Working Committees are appointed working groups of the association’s members, assigned to work on specific issues. Their work is subject to be reviewed, debated or specified and recommended to the members of the association or taken up by the associations with third parties such as governments, other institutions or organizations.
Each group should lay down the following base structure;

- Mission and Key issues
- Action plan for next 12 month
- Specific assignments/comments/targets/contacts
- Each Working Committee consists of 1 Committee Chairman who selects maximum 4 permanent committee members, that each represents special know-how on the assigned subject.
- The Committee Chairman presents the committee members to the CCA BOD for approval and to assure that no committee member is selected for more than one committee (unless specifically agreed by the CCA BOD).
- Working Committee Chairmen and permanent members must be Full members as well as company representatives.
- Other companies (e.g. Associate Members) may work in close cooperation with a committee upon request of the Chairman, but cannot be permanent members.
- The committee defines its mission within the assigned subject.
- The committee may define questions or troubleshooting, within their committee and present them at organized Workshop groups, where they may rely on the other CCA member’s input and experience.
- Each Committee should inter-link with other working committees in order to assure full inter-committee communication.
- Each Committee should send quarterly reports of progress, action plan, and time frame to the BOD.
- Each Working Committee is expected to cover it’s own costs and expenses.
- Working Committee members shall be posted on the CCA Website for easy reference and communication.
